Formally incorporated in 2024

Baroda Metal Finishing LLP was formally incorporated in 2024 to expand the group's coating, blasting, phosphating and passivation capabilities.

Legacy through Gujarat Electroplating Works

The legacy behind BMF comes through Gujarat Electroplating Works, founded in 1964 by Shri Gautam Shah and developed into its present industrial scale under Shri Ajit Shah's leadership.

Preyansh Shah joined in 2020 as the fourth generation, bringing formal education in mechanical engineering, international business management and finance into the group's next phase.

Coating-led identity

GEPW remains the electroplating-led company. BMF is built for zinc flake coating, Xylan/PTFE, shot blasting, glass bead blasting, manganese phosphating, pickling, passivation, trials, SST support and coating documentation.

BMF supports customers needing corrosion-resistant coating, preparation, passivation, salt spray support, trials and documentation.

Infrastructure

3 ovens, 1 dip-spin machine, spray booth, SST chamber, 2 shot blasting machines and 2 glass bead blasting machines.

Gujarat Electroplating Works complements BMF with electroplating and metallic functional finishing capability.

The facility includes ovens, dip-spin application capability, spray booth, SST chamber, shot blasting machines and glass bead blasting machines for suitable components.

Application-led review

BMF reviews coating route, base material, surface preparation, masking, fitment-critical areas, SST expectation and packaging before finalising the process path.

Sampling support

Trials can be planned for new components, revised specifications, coating conversions and customer validation with practical inspection and documentation support.

Core service focus

BMF focuses on zinc flake coating, Xylan 1070 / PTFE coating, M.S. and S.S. shot blasting, glass bead blasting, manganese phosphating, pickling and passivation.

Group coordination

Where an application requires a metallic electroplated base such as zinc-nickel before a topcoat, Gujarat Electroplating Works provides sister-concern electroplating support.
